Use of the EduTrust application is subject to these terms and conditions. By downloading and using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Purpose of the Application
The EduTrust application is designed for the management of continuing education credits. It allows users to store, organize, and track their continuing education credits in compliance with data protection regulations.
2. Use of the Application
The application is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. Users are solely responsible for their use of the application and for ensuring the accuracy of the information they provide.
By using the application, users agree to:
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- Not use the application for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
- Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others;
- Not publish defamatory, offensive, or harmful content;
- Not disrupt the operation of the application or compromise its security.
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the application in the event of any violation of these terms.

6. Account Deletion, Backup, and Data Storage
Users are solely responsible for backing up their continuing education certificates. A copy of each entered certificate is automatically sent to the user via email for their personal records.
The publisher reserves the right to delete a user account and all associated data, with or without prior notice, in the event of non-compliance with these terms.
7. Changes to the Terms
The publisher reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through a notification within the application. Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly to stay informed of updates.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
